Photographs (selected works) 2008-in progress

eng– Photographs is a long sequence of images, a project started in 2008 and still in progress. The photographs presented in this series explore the anthropization of the landscape, looking for the distinctive signs of the geography of a territory and the impact with man. In this series I imagine myself a wandering explorer, as if absorbed in an amnesia that enables me to experience these places with the gaze of discovery.

ita – Photographs è una lunga sequenza di immagini, un progetto iniziato nel 2008 e tuttora in corso. Le fotografie presentate in questa serie indagano l’antropizzazione del paesaggio, ricercano i segni distintivi della geografia di un territorio e dell’impatto con l’uomo. In questa serie mi immagino esploratore errante, come assorto in un’amnesia che mi consente di vivere questi luoghi con lo sguardo della scoperta.
